You can check redeemed promo codes anytime in the Points History section of your Ploom account.
To activate the Wolt promo code, go to the Profile section in the Wolt mobile app, select "Activate Promo Code", enter your code, and confirm. Valid for 90 days from the moment of activation.
To redeem your accumulated points for selected accessories, click the “Redeem Now” button to convert your points into a promo code. Present this promo code to a store representative at one of the following Ploom pop-up locations: Ganjlik Mall or 28 Mall. After the promo code has been verified, you will be able to collect your selected accessory. Please note that the accessory must be collected in person at the store.
To activate your Bolt promo code, open the Bolt mobile app, go to the Menu, and enter the code in the Promotions section. You can track your promo codes in the Points History section of your Ploom account.
To exchange your accumulated points for selected rewards, including Azpetrol, Kontakt Gift Card, Olivia Gift Card, and Vintage Camera, click the “Redeem Now” button and convert your points into a promo code.
Once you receive the promo code, please visit our store located in 28 Mall and present it to a store employee. After the promo code is verified, you will be able to receive your selected reward.
Please note that you are required to visit the store in person and present both the email confirmation and the promo code you received to the store employee in order to collect your reward.

Ploom Club is a loyalty program designed for Ploom users, offering exclusive benefits, rewards, and personalized offers.
You can join Ploom Club by simply registering on the official website or at designated physical locations.
As a Ploom Club member, you’ll unlock exclusive offers and promotions, earn points, and redeem them for rewards tailored to every taste.
You earn 200 points for each successfully referred friend. In addition, you can earn extra bonus points when you reach certain referral milestones.
Invite 5 friends: extra 200 bonus points
Invite 10 friends: extra 400 bonus points
Invite 15 friends: extra 600 bonus points
You can invite up to 25 friends in total. After reaching 15 successful referrals, points will be calculated in the standard way. This means that after the 15th referral, you will receive only 200 points for each successfully referred friend, and no additional bonus points will be added.
You can buy Ploom products online through the official Ploom website and at authorized physical retail locations like supermarkets, shopping malls, pop-up stores or via Wolt delivery service. Additionally, you can redeem your collected points for a selection of virtual rewards available on the official website.
