  • The trade-in value for an eligible device is 25 AZN.
  • This offer is available exclusively to Ploom Gen3 device users.
  • Each consumer may trade in up to two (2) devices.
  • Devices are accepted regardless of their warranty status.
  • Trade-in services are available only at official Ploom pop-up stores.
  • Each new device received through the trade-in program will be officially registered.
  • Devices in non-working condition are eligible for trade-in.
  • All traded-in devices will be permanently disposed of and cannot be returned to the consumer.
  • Trade-in transactions are final and are not eligible for refund.

You can trade in any old Ploom device. The condition does not matter; even non-working devices are accepted for the program.

This is an exclusive offer, and each Ploom user may participate in the Trade-In Program up to two times.

No. Once a device has been accepted and processed through the Trade-In Program, the transaction is final. Traded-in devices are designated for disposal or recycling and cannot be returned to the consumer under any circumstances. As a result, refunds, cancellations, or reversals of completed trade-in transactions are not available. We recommend ensuring that you wish to proceed with the trade-in before handing over your device.

If you decide to return the device within 14 days, your 25 AZN payment will be refunded. However, the old device cannot be returned as it is sent for recycling.
