Terms and Conditions

1. Trade-in is available only in Ploom’s own retail stores.​
2. Only 1 device per consumer can be traded in.​
3. Devices do not need to be working.​
4. Offer applies to standard Ploom colors (not limited editions).​
5. Cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.​
6. Registration of consumer details is mandatory to activate the offer.​
7. Program ends on 31 December 2025.​
8. Devices purchased through the Trade-in program that are not in a saleable condition are not eligible for return.​
9. An exchanged old device cannot be returned to the consumer.
10. Vape and electronic shisha devices are not accepted for the Trade-in program.
