Terms and Conditions
1. Trade-in is available only in Ploom’s own retail stores.
2. Only 1 device per consumer can be traded in.
3. Devices do not need to be working.
4. Offer applies to standard Ploom colors (not limited editions).
5. Cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
6. Registration of consumer details is mandatory to activate the offer.
7. Program ends on 31 December 2025.
8. Devices purchased through the Trade-in program that are not in a saleable condition are not eligible for return.
9. An exchanged old device cannot be returned to the consumer.
10. Vape and electronic shisha devices are not accepted for the Trade-in program.
