Ploom’s “Bring your old heated tobacco device, get a new one” program gives users the opportunity to exchange their old device for a new Ploom model. Users who hand over any type of old heated tobacco device will receive the new one with a 50% discount.

Please note that even if your old device is not from Ploom, any brand or type of heated tobacco device is accepted.

To participate in the program, certain simple rules must be followed. 
The user submits their old heated tobacco device or any type of heated tobacco device to a Ploom sales or service point. It is not required for the device to be in working condition.

The program is valid for a limited time and allows only one device exchange per participant. After the device is exchanged, the user can get a new Ploom device in standard colors with a 50% discount. Additionally, registration of the new device is required to ensure transparency and proper data management.

The Ploom Trade-in service is based on a clear and simple mechanism. The process includes four main steps:

1. Information Stage – The user learns about the service and familiarizes themselves with the rules.

2. Old Device Handover – Our staff checks whether the old heated tobacco device is eligible for exchange. If it is, the device is collected. The device not working does not prevent participation in the program.

3. Receiving the New Device – After confirmation, the user gets the new Ploom device at a 50% discounted price. Standard colors are offered and limited editions are excluded.

3. Registration and Confirmation – The new device is registered in the system and user data is verified. Once the device is registered, you earn Ploom Club points, which are added to your account immediately.

- Each customer can trade in only one device.

- The device does not need to be in working condition.

- Customer data registration is required to benefit from the offer.

- The program ends on December 31, 2025.

- Devices purchased through the Trade-in program cannot be returned if they are in an unsellable condition. 

- The old tobacco device handed in during Trade-in will not be returned to the customer.

- Vapes and e-hookahs are not eligible for Trade-in.
