If I cancel my order, will you refund me?
If you cancel your order and we haven't sent out your Ploom X yet, we'll refund you up to 15 working days.
If we've already sent out your Ploom X, we'll refund you as soon as we receive your return - usually within 15 days. Your refund will go to the payment method you used when you placed your order.
