There are a few different reasons why your Ploom X Advanced battery might not charge.
1. Your USB cable might not be connected properly. Double check everything's plugged in.
2. Your USB cable might be broken. Plug Ploom X in using a different USB cable and power socket. It's best to use the official Ploom X USB cable, but if you're using a different one, check it's from a reputable brand and that it's the same spec and voltage (5V) with a charging current of 1.5 amps.
3. Reset your Ploom X. To do this, remove the front panel. If you're not sure how, watch our video.
