I shared my referral code but haven't received points yet. Why is that?

If you have shared your code with a friend but have not received a reward yet, it is likely that your friend has either not placed their first online order yet or forgot to enter the referral code during checkout. Please note that their first order must include a Ploom device. This can be either a standalone device or a device included in the Starter pack.

Once your friend completes their first device order using your referral code, you will automatically receive 200 points after 14 days.

If your friend has completed their first device order using your referral code but you still have not received your reward, you can contact our Ploom Support team and they will be happy to assist you.

After completing all stages of the “Refer a Friend” program, you will have earned the maximum possible Ploom Club points within this program.

This is because there is a maximum limit of 15 successful referrals that you can make. If you have introduced many friends to Ploom and many of them have purchased their first device using your code, you may have reached the program limit and will no longer be able to earn additional points.
