How do I change modes?
To adjust the heating mode of your Ploom AURA, pair your device with the Ploom app via Bluetooth and tap on Heating Mode on the Home screen. The app will then offer you a range of options, from Battery Saver to Intense, allowing you to personalize your experience based on your preference.
When you use your Ploom AURA for the first time, its default heating intensity will be set to Balanced.
You can get the Ploom app on your phone here.
Please note that the heating mode cannot be changed during an active session. For the best experience, please adjust it before inserting a stick.
