What are Ploom AURA's different heating modes?
Ploom's Smart HeatFlow technology is now smarter than ever. Your Ploom AURA allows you to customize your experience with heating profiles that you can choose based on your personal taste and intensity preference. And you can manage it all through AURA's dedicated app, which you can get here.
Your AURA has four heating intensity modes - Intense, Balanced, Delicate, and Battery Saver mode. Choose the mode that suits you best for the moment you're in.
To adjust your heating mode, pair your device via Bluetooth and tap on Heating Mode on the Home screen. The app will then offer you a range of options, from Battery Saver to Intense, allowing you to personalize your experience based on your preference.
When you use your Ploom AURA for the first time, its default heating intensity will be set to Balanced.
Please note that the heating mode cannot be changed during an active session. For the best experience, please adjust it before inserting a stick.
