How long is my warranty?

Your Ploom X Advanced warranty is valid for 12 months, starting from the date of purchase. The warranty is activated with the Purchase Receipt as proof. If you do not have the Receipt, the device must be registered and added to your account on Ploom.az to confirm the warranty period.
