Yes. Ploom Points have an expiry date.
The Ploom Points you earn are valid until 31 December of the same calendar year in which they were earned. For example, points earned on 30 December 2026 will remain valid until 31 December 2026.
At the end of each calendar year, we recommend checking your points that are due to expire and using them before their expiry date.
