How do I clean Ploom X Advanced?
Cleaning the Ploom X Advanced is very simple.
To clean your Ploom X Advanced:
1. Remove the front panel before cleaning the chamber.
2. Lightly moisten an unused cleaning stick with water.
3. Insert the moistened cleaning stick and carefully clean the inner surface of the heating chamber to remove tobacco particles.
4. Wipe away any remaining moisture in the heating chamber. To do this, pull back the protective cover and activate the heating process without inserting a tobacco stick. Wait for the session to finish to allow the excess moisture to evaporate.
Please follow this step to avoid any discomfort from hot steam in the first session after cleaning.
If you’re wondering how often to clean the Ploom X Advanced, we recommend checking for any residue after each tobacco stick pack. Watch our video on cleaning the Ploom X Advanced for more details.
